Katie Armstrong

Owner/Director, Customer Experience Practitioner

Katie is a Project Management & Executive Admin professional with 12 years of global consumer electronics management experience supporting national consumer and service operations across Canada, US & Latin America for the National Director of Service at a major manufacturing company.  Having studied Bachelor of Arts in Business Management at National University in La Jolla, CA, Katie integrates her business experience and holistic practice to coach and support entrepreneurs, teams & enterprise executives in creating sustainable business processes and team capacity through change.

The Matriarch Collaborative, a wholly owned subsidiary of Holistic Customer Solutions, LLC, is a mission-driven Reiki services and training practice building community and advocacy around harm-reduction education and holistic health access as a means of relationship recovery across communities, families & businesses.
